We are all different, and this is where we start from

Our vision is to create a society where everyone has a place to bring their whole selves.

Turning Diversity into an Asset. In inclusive education, we see human diversity as a source of richness and growth. Imagine a community where everyone is free to share their talents and dreams - a place where everyone feels they belong and are valued, strengthening all of us as a society.

Our story

Inclu was established in October 2017 with the goal of promoting the concept of inclusive education in Israel.

Inclu is a nonprofit organization that works to ensure that every child in Israel receives an equal opportunity to feel part of the community, develop their unique voice, and receive the necessary conditions for optimal learning and growth. Inclusive education institutions belong to the public education system and are accessible to all. We establish and operate Israel's network of inclusive K-12 and lead the implementation of inclusive education in the public education system.

In October 2017, the Inclu association was established by a group of people who set themselves the goal of promoting the concept of inclusive education in public schools in Israel. We work to ensure that every child in Israel gets an equal opportunity to feel a part, to develop his unique voice and to receive the challenges he needs for optimal learning and growth. And all this, within the framework of public education, which is accessible to all.

Inclu (NPO) establishes and operates Israel's network of inclusive schools and kindergartens, leading the integration of inclusive education within the public education system. Our mission is to create a world where everyone is given an equal opportunity to fully express themselves, and our path to achieving this is through inclusive education.

In 2018, we founded the first inclusive schools in Israel through partnerships with the Ministry of Education and local authorities. Today, our network includes 31 public inclusive schools and kindergartens across the country, representing the full spectrum of Israeli society: religious, secular, ultra-Orthodox, Arab, and Druze alike. We serve 5,607 children, both with and without diagnosed special needs. We believe that everyone is special and that all students can benefit from learning together in a diverse group, as human diversity is an asset.

Inclusive education: A new frontier of learning

In the 21st century, we finally understand that there's no such thing as a "standard student" - each one is a world unto themselves. Imagine a school where every student feels at home, regardless of their learning style or special needs. This is inclusive education.

It’s an approach that affects all aspects of a school: specialized staff that sees the unique potential in every child, learning spaces that look more like creative hubs than classrooms, personalized programs tailored to each student, and involved parents. Advanced teaching methods and assistive technologies play a central role as well.
